That is the question. At least that’s the question we’ve been asking ourselves quite a lot lately. You see, we have a lovely little home 3 bedroom, 2 bath, open concept, new build that is just perfect for us right now. But this is not our “forever” home (for several reasons, which I’ll address in a moment) and now just might be the perfect time to buy and sell with our given real estate market.
