I really haven’t had any outrageous cravings. Sure, I can’t get enough hot wings or Cheerios, but no pickles and ice cream, or anything weird. My theory on cravings is that they tell what you need. Ok, so maybe I don’t need Cheerios, but perhaps I need the vitamins they add to cereal, or maybe the whole grains and fiber… or maybe just the calcium from the milk. I have been eating quite a lot of dairy products lately. When I’m craving salt, maybe I’m missing some other minerals too. But mostly, I think my cravings come from watching WAY too much Food Network.
