So I finally fell from my idealistic heights into the dark slums that make up the wasteland of xanga. What I mean is that I got one. But have no fear, I have no intentions whatsoever to desert my blog of a year and two months. This is my home.
Pretty much everyone ’round JBU uses xanga, (including Amandria) and so I was really left with no other choice but to conform. However, since my T-town crew uses blogger (probably because of me) I will continue to write on both. This blog will be more directed towards people at home, and probably take on a more serious and thoughtful tone. Actually it probably won’t do that last part…but that’s what I’m shooting for. My xanga will be a bit more…eh…about little trivial things like why I wear orange shoes. Or things like that that are more relevent to my “xanga friends”. The other part that made me do it is that even though I know for a fact that there are a bunch of you back home that read this…YOU NEVER COMMENT! Shame on you (that includes you adults). I just can’t deal with this relationship…I just give give give and you just take take take and I…just had to give in. I’m sorry. (If you really want to see it then you can beg and plead w/ me for the address…but I’d prefer to keep my Topeka readership here.)
Anyway…I can hardly contain my excitement in regards to returning to school tomorrow. I’ve enjoyed my break immensely, and I’ve spent some time w/ some of my great friends and my stellar family…but I really think I have more friends at JBU (even though a couple of my best and closest friends are at home), and I miss them greatly.
Pretty much what I’m saying is that I have no idea how I’ll make it through three months of summer without dying.
Peace.
I don’t comment because I’m lazy… Sorry. But you do always crack me up, I’ll be sad if you are serious all the time (though I secretly wonder if you can even do it :-P)
I’m sorry I don’t comment…
I’m a sinner.
sorry i don’t comment ansen… i am a faithful reader, so i guess i’d better start being a more noticable one. i make plenty of comments in my head (mostly laughter, although that’s frequently out loud as well), but apparently haven’t done a very good job of voicing them. have a great trip back to JBU! (i think i’ll be coming up for scholarship competition week here pretty soon, so maybe i’ll see you then… i might be coming to choir with Craig and all that)
