My Personality! (yay)

In ilead today, I learned about my personality. So in case any of you are curious, better take some notes.

Ansen’s general characteristics: Enthusiastic, trusting, optimistic, persuasive, talkative, impulsive, and emotional.

Ansen’s tendencies include: contacting people, making a favorable impression, verbalizing with articulateness, creating a motivational environment, generating enthusiasm, entertaining people, viewing people and situations optimistically, participating in a group.

Ansen desires an environment which includes: social recognition, public recognition of ability, freedom of expression, group activities outside of the job, democratic relationships, freedom from control and detail, opportunity to verbalize proposals, coaching, and counseling.

Ansen’s value to a team: creative problem solver, great encourager, motivates others to achieve, positive sense of humor, negotiates conflicts, peace maker.

Ansen needs others who: concentrate on the task, seek facts, speak directly, respect sincerity, develop systematic approaches, prefer dealing with things to dealing with people, take a logical approach, demonstrate individual follow-through.

Ansen’s possible weaknesses: more concerned with popularity than tangible results, inattentive to detail, overuses gestures and facial expressions, tends to listen only when it’s convenient, lack of follow through.

To be more effective, Ansen needs: time-management, objectivity in decision making, more realistic appraisals of others, priorities and deadlines.

Yeeeeah. I’d say it the assessment pretty much hit the nail on the head.
