I appreciate responsible people. It’s good to be responsible, it really is. And sometimes I’m not as responsible as I should be. But come on people, a skip day.
“Doing that is totally irresponsible and I would never ever condone it, as it would most certainly ruin my integrity and my reputation for the rest of my life here on this blessed earth.”
La dee frickin’ da.
IT’S JUST A SKIP DAY!! It’s not like we were planning on spray-painting graffiti all over the walls or were about to blow up the school. We weren’t even going to be disruptive! But no. A minority of people in the senior class start flipping out thinking that finals are going to be moved back or our retreat day is going to get canceled, or that the sky is going to fall and crush them like fleas and they’ll lose respect among all people Cair Paravilian. Oh yeah, and they’re going to have their valedictorian titles stripped and thrown to the ravenous hordes of unintelligent people dawdling around at the bottom of the class. Come on.
Seriously folks. If you’re going to break a rule, do you go tell the people in charge before hand? I may not have a 4.0, but I am bright enough to figure that one out. Apparently our genius’ didn’t get the memo.
Excuses, excuses. Whatever. Don’t even bother giving them to me. It was stupid. Period. I know people will read this and not agree and take offense to it and hate me forever or something like that, but I’ll live. I don’t hate you. Honest. Next time, just check with the rest of the class before doing things that will affect the whole class.
You know…I made the mistake of being unrealistic and thinking we might actually do it. But whenever we come up with these ideas there’s always a “smart” person there to remind us that we are dumb and we shouldn’t rebel because we’re perfect little private schoolers.
I don’t know what we’d do without them. Maybe loosen up a bit?
i doubt they will but good idea i had the same one but again everyone went beserk when i said it and was like
‘oh no we could get in trouble maybe we should ask mr waldy if we can!’
it was pretty stupid
