No I didn’t just do it for fun, and no I don’t normally. I don’t need help. Really.
Today was our senior slave auction day. So of course the people that bought me really brought out my dashing good looks by making me wear some 70’s style plaid pants, a girl scout t-shirt that was a couple sizes too small, some really hot sunglasses, a pearl necklace, and a pink beret. Oh and some clip-on earrings. Just for good measure.
Arielle says that I was lame and didn’t do anything, but I beg to differ. We went to the mall. I sang “You Are My Sunshine” as loud as I could in the middle of the food court, I surveyed people by telling them that I was with Girl Scouts and I wanted to know what Girl Scout cookie was their favorite (people weren’t very willing to talk to me), and I even found some fluffy pink flip flops in one of those “just-for-girls” stores (don’t remember the name) and asked the cashier whether or not she thought they’d look good on me.
She said (and I quote), “Actually…yeah! Definitely. You’d look hot.”
That’s right. I’m not gonna let silly clothes bring down my style.
