People In My House

Well, my audio post thing isn’t working. I am saddened.

But not too much, because tonight was pretty awesome. First, Becky showed up around 6:00, and I didn’t know she was coming. That was a very pleasant suprise. So we hung out for a bit and ran to Hollywood video and grabbed a movie (two actually).

So we get back here and there are a bunch of cars in front of my neighbor’s house. I thought that was a bit weird. And so I’m talking to Becky and my mom in the living room when all of the sudden Crawford, Sarah, Becky Martin, and Andrew all pop up from behind furniture and stuff. Then Jayne walks in behind us, and Matthew and Sasha arrived eventually as well. So we all went downstairs and watched a movie and ate snacks and it was pretty cool!

Hmmm. I just realized that you might be wondering why all these people randomly showed up at my house. My birthday is tomorrow. But I have to work. So I guess that’s why they all came tonight!! Fun times. Thanks to everyone that came tonight (even if you couldn’t stay – Andrew, sorry I couldn’t make it to your movie night), it made me feel a lot better. I’d been feeling a bit down cause I’m working SOO much and it seemed like my birthday was slippin’ under the radar this year (with Maddie’s birthday today and my parents anniversary on the 4th and graduation just happening). But I’m very very happy now.

I got a really nice fender guitar strap from the Mattmeister and a shirt that says “Will trade sister for new video game” from Sasha, so that was neat as well.

Anyway, I must away to bed now. Tomorrow I shall be eighteen. Good night!! ONLY A FEW DAYS TILL CAMP!!!

  2. Happy birthday, kid. Just keep doin’ that thing you do. And remember that I’ll always be there…for you. You’re a cool guy. And that’s what I like about you. Cause there’s no one like you.

And for your birthday, (actually not, but you’ll be happy), I went and bought some ping-pong balls, so we’ll be able to keep playing after the camp balls all get lost or broken by Tuesday.
