I am a Spanish Conquistador!!

Ok, Abe, and all you others that have been saddened by my lack of posting, I actually have an excuse. Two of ’em to be exact.

First, August 2nd. Arielle’s birthday. Very busy. I had to sleep in till 10:00, then I had to get up and mow, and then I had to rip siding apart. I then proceeded to eat a hot dog, play video games, go eat at Red Lobster with Arielle, family, and grandparents, and then go home and PARTY!! So of course I couldn’t blog.

Then comes the third. I get up and go to work at 7:30, work till 5:00 in the evening, eat, checka my e-mail, eat a bit more, walk downstairs, and then….the power goes off. Not kidding. It was off from like 7:00 till about 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning. It got really hot in our house and there was nothing to do but sit aroundn and look at each other in darkness (and a bit of candlelight). I did have the battery on my laptop, but of course the modem wasn’t on. So I honestly could not have blogged yesterday.

But today…here I am!! With…nothing to say. Except for that Matty-boy came over tonight and played some Burnout 3 with me, and I worked, and I painted, and now Arielle is watching some really strange movie about ballet.

Ummmm. Ballet. Why would someone make a movie about ballet dancers. Except for right now it’s kinda weirdin’ me out because because they’re all dancing salsa in a bar. Not ballet.

Ok…now that main ballet man is dancing in some dancd club to eighties music. Freaky. And he’s eyen that one girl.

Everybody dance now!!

Yeah he’s takin’ a liking to her.

Ok, enough play by play of this movie. Time for bed.
