Why is it that people never say it that way? Who was the person who was able to garner sooo much respect that people allowed him (or her) to make the decision to say “Merry Christmas” and “Happy New Year”? I guess nowadays it’s all just “Happy Holidays” anyway…
My “holidays” have been great thus far. I got to spend more time around Dri and her family (and extended family), and she was able to spend some time with mine as well.
(Allow me to interject here that from this point forward in my post, I may, suddenly and without warning, omit the letter “r” at various points in time thoughout my witing. That key on my lapotop seems to be sticking half the time, and I am tiring of the laboious task of backspacing and adding it in each time it doesn’t registe.)
So now Dri has gone back to be with her family, and I have two weeks left of Christmas beak. This is good because I get to spend some good, quality time with my family, howeve, it’s also sad…because two weeks without Dri seems like it is going to last fo a lifetime. I’m also missing all my other awesome fiends from down there at JBU, and am excited about getting to be with them again as well.
Soon enough…I suppose. In the meantime, Di has suggested that I sleep and eat excessively, since those are othe activities that I highly enjoy.
Merry Holidays!
I could be “Di” that’s cool. ;)
