First Day of Classes

Well, I had class today. Bummer.

No, it wasn’t that bad. Beginning Radio only lasted about fifteen minutes and then she dismissed us. We’re just supposed to go into the studio during our freetime sometime and record a couple 30 second spots and then we turn them in for a grade. Choir was mostly just introductory stuff. Intermediate Spanish will be fun I think. Eva and Ruth and this girl named Sarah that I met are in that class with me, so that’s cool. My U2 class is actually going to be one of my harder classes. We have daily quizzes and lots of paper and stuff. Eva and Josh and a girl named Meagan are in that class though, so it’s all good. Then there’s Honors Western Civ. Professer Conklin is my teacher, and she seems pretty nice. People say her classes aren’t especially easy, but she’s so nice about everything it makes up for it.

The main difference from high school is the lack of grace on stuff. If you aren’t there at the beginning of class then you’re counted absent, even if you come in 30 seconds later. If you are late and there was a paper due you get a zero, because it’s due at the beginning of class. And so on.

Anyway, check out the Harry Potter blog on my sidebar. Jonathan started it, and now I’m a contributor. I’ll try to post soon on that. Also check out the Relationship Experts and Andrew’s blog! They’re updated!

Till the ‘morrow next my friends…
