I am so EXCITED!

Well, it’s been a busy (yet fun) past couple of days. We (with the exception of Abe) actually started recording on Friday! We’ve spent about six hours in the “studio” so far, and we have three songs to show for it!! . I spent about an hour and a half mixing two of the songs tonight, and now all they need is Abe’s part and mastering and they’re done! I’m not going to tell you anything about them except that they sound (musically and sound quality) better than we expected!

The third song we recorded was An Untitled Tribute, which is the graduation song I wrote. I’m not sure if we’ll be putting it on the CD, but if we don’t, I’ll at least make it available for download on here. It, however, is not quite finished yet, so you’ll have to wait. :)

Those of you who commented on the last post, I’ve got your names written down. If you didn’t comment on the last post but you want to purchase the new Freelance CD when it comes out (for cost of production – somewhere around $3-$5??), PLEASE let me know by commenting here! I need to get a good estimate of how many we’ll need.

Anyway, we’re recording for at least five hours tomorrow, so hopefully we’ll get alot done. I’ll give you some updates within the next couple of posts – possibly including (but not limited to) music samples, the track listing, photos of us recording, the album name and eventually maybe even the cover art!!
