Firstly…Thursday.
On Thursday I got to go hang out w/ The Afters at KLRC, which was great fun. They played us a couple of their songs on acoustic guitar and we joked around and ate free Quiznos. Good times. Later that evening I went (w/ a bunch of friends) to the University of Arkansas to the Sanctus Real concert (also w/ The Afters and Mainstay). It was at this outdoor “Greek” auditorium thing…and it was pretty much amazing. Sanctus Real was incredible.
Mmmk. Friday.
I don’t know that I did anything of consequence during the day today. Other than finishing up class for my freshman year of college!! I can’t believe it’s almost over! It seems like yesterday I was a senior in high school thinking how weird it was going to be to move out and live in Arkansas…and now…here I am. With a year of college already done. Geesh.
Crazy how time flies.
Tonight was amazing. Dri and I went on a date and went out to eat and stuff…which was great fun (Marketplace Grill is very good by the way). Then we came back to campus and hung out for a while…then watched a movie…then played the game “Apples to Apples” with a bunch of people…and then hung out together even more…and then went out in the rain! And now…it’s five in the morning. Yyyyeah. Once again…

I was trying to think of a joke that would go something like “know why people in Arkansas get out of college a week early?–because [insert hillbilly punchline here]” but, as you can see, I couldn’t think of anything. Come home. We must talk- Abe
Glad you’re having a blast. And you stink by the way for getting out of school so early. Yea, I expect college students to get out of school earlier than me…but not that much earlier! Lucky you…pobre mio.
so, on wednesday, as in almost a week ago, sanctus real, the afters, and mainstay were all here at sbu. crazy! so are you done with school, or do you still have finals left?
Whoa. Was there any kind of organization that you led worship in the 24 hours thing with or was it just a random thing that happened on campus? I just helped out with something really similar this weekend, I played like 4.5 hours, it was awesome!
